    leading national collections company which provides our clients access to diplomatic and less costly tools for
    recovering delinquent and past due accounts. We offer a program that is an alternative to traditional collection
    services. We charge a flat fee regardless of balance so that clients receive 100% of recovered funds – significantly
    reducing the cost of collections when implemented early enough so that the outstanding invoices are still
    collectible.  Traditional contingency fee recovery programs are also available for situations that require them. These
    services are relevant to virtually any company that extends credit, including our traditional business-to-business
    factoring clients as well as consumer-oriented businesses and medical or dental practices.

COSE Small Business Conference Workshops

John Doucette, President of Liquid Capital of Northeast Ohio, presented a workshop entitled Access to Capital/Alternative
Funding: Where to Find the Money at the conference on October 23, 2008.  Materials presented are available below:


John led a panel discussion on the same topic at the 2009 COSE Small Business Conference on October 22, 2009
including representatives from banking, county government and alternative lending. The same group of experts  presented a
condensed and updated version of this session at the January 25, 2010 luncheon of the Great Lakes Chapter of the
National Funding Association.

John's next presentation on Access to Capital will be presented as part of COSE's member education curriculum. The event
is currently scheduled for July 22 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. at a location in the Cleveland area to be determined.
