    ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE FINANCING FACILITY PROGRAM








Growing businesses often find themselves with an immediate need for working capital to finance
new opportunities. However, the process of locating a suitable source, getting approval, signing
contracts and actually receiving funds can take weeks or months. Liquid Capital of Northeast Ohio
offers a solution.  For a modest set-up fee your business can establish a financing facility that
allows you to present qualified receivables (invoices) to us and receive cash the next business
day. Much like a Home Equity Line of Credit you incur no additional costs unless you use the
facility. There are no maintenance fees, minimums or long-term commitments.

Eligibility for the Liquid Capital Accounts Receivable Financing Facility is based on the good credit
of your customers.  This allows us to offer it to businesses that typically would not qualify for bank
financing.  Since this is not a loan it is not reflected as debt on your balance sheet.

Participation in the Liquid Capital Accounts Receivable Financing Facility provides clients with
many benefits:

  • Immediate access to cash from receivables instead of waiting 30 or more days for
    payment
