COMPANY OVERVIEW

Receivables Solution Services helps its clients improve their internal accounts receivable management
processes and procedures through consulting, training and business process outsourcing as well as by
providing access to a network of referral partners for specialized products and services. We focus primarily
on B2B credit and receivables but our approach is also suited to business that have both commercial and
consumer customers.

THE RECEIVABLES SOLUTION SERVICES TEAM

John Doucette is a Principal and co-founder of Receivables Solution Services. A frequent speaker and
author on topics related to small business finance,  John works with area businesses, banks, accountants
and other consultants to provide them or their clients innovative and effective accounts receivable
management strategies.  

Before launching Receivables Solution Services John was President and owner of Liquid Capital of
Northeast Ohio.  Previously, John held a variety of management, technical and sales positions in a career
spanning both small companies and major corporations including BP and Computer Associates.

John received his BA degree from Tufts University and his MA from Cornell University. He performs with the
band of the
German Music Society in Cleveland and is a local interviewer for the Tufts Alumni Admissions
Program.

Doug Eilert is a Principal and co-founder of Receivables Solution Services. A successful commercial
collections, sales & services professional with achievements in account management roles utilizing a unique
ability to mediate and resolve complex receivables across multiple constituencies and effectively manage
communications between large and small organizations.

Prior to launching Receivables Solution Services Doug was President and owner of Confero Inc., The
Accounts Receivable Resolution Corp., a professional business-to-business research based debt recovery
company based in Cleveland, Ohio.

Doug’s career includes 8 years experience with an international market research supplier, providing
syndicated sales data to CPG manufacturers, including the Food & Paper Divisions of Procter & Gamble.
Additionally, 6 years of sales and business research in the publication industry included serving weekly
business publications, specialty consumer trade shows and monthly lifestyle publications.

Doug received his BSBA from Ashland College and is a long time member of The American Marketing
Association, serving as the 300-member Cleveland Chapter’s 70th Anniversary Year President. He also led
a 13 member Board of Directors and was subsequent Chapter Consultant, as well as an AMA International
Judge for Chapter Excellence Awards in Chicago.
