COMPANY OVERVIEW
Liquid Capital of Northeast Ohio provides fast and flexible funding to companies regardless of their credit
rating or the length of time they have been in business. Our ideal clients are growing companies that can
benefit from additional operating capital but have been unable or unwilling to obtain financing from
conventional sources such as banks or investors. We generally do this by purchasing credit-worthy
invoices and providing immediate cash but we also have other programs that might be suited to the
specific working capital requirements of a particular company.
In addition to providing funds, our service includes support for the accounts receivable and credit
management functions of our clients. By taking over billings and collections, and providing an on-line
computer system, we allow our clients to devote more of their time and attention to their core businesses.
We are locally based. We own the company and we use our own personal capital to finance our clients.
We help companies both with funding and with counsel, because our business and financial expertise is
part of the service package. Our clients work directly with our owners - not sales representatives or
brokers.
Liquid Capital of Northeast Ohio is a franchisee of Liquid Capital of America Corp. who have been
providing back office systems and general business support to over 60 franchisees across North America
since 1999. Although we focus on assisting businesses in Northeast Ohio we are able to support clients
anywhere, either directly or through our nationwide network of locations.
In response to demand from the business community Liquid Capital of Northeast Ohio has partnered with
Transworld Systems Inc. to provide alternative collection services to a wider range of clients.
