The Cuyahoga County Department of Development offers a variety of programs that address the
issues vital to local business growth within Cuyahoga County.  Programs include the Economic
Development Loan Program, Manufacturing Assistance, Development and Expansion Program (M.A.
D.E.), the New Product Development and Entrepreneurship Loan Program, the Grow Cuyahoga
County Fund, the Commercial Redevelopment Fund, the Brownfield Redevelopment Fund, and the
Brownfield Community Assessment Initiative.  Information about these programs, as well as Federal,
