Some customers will respond to contact from a “debt collector” after they have ignored multiple requests for payment from representatives of your company. Receivables Solution Services can perform third-party collection services for your commercial accounts or refer them for action by other agencies and attorneys when appropriate. As small business commercial collection specialists, RSS can give its time and attention to small portfolios of accounts that might be too small for large agencies. Our understanding of your business allows us to recommend a course of action that is most likely to achieve the results you desire.

The Receivables Solution Services third party commercial collection program will accept seriously past due accounts from our clients and we will seek to obtain resolution and payment of the debts. There are no minimums and fees are assessed on a contingency basis – if we cannot collect an invoice (or portion thereof) it costs you nothing. Fee percentages vary based on the age and amount of the invoice and the number of accounts we receive for collection. We will quote a fee before we ask for your approval to start work.

If Receivables Solution Services has not already been engaged for a Cash Flow Process Review or Business Process Outsourcing services we charge a modest set-up fee to cover the time it will take for us to gain the understanding of your business and its customers that is necessary for us to be effective.
